PURPOSE: An optical pickup device is provided to improve jitter characteristic of regeneration signal by using a first light of non-aberration and a second light having an aberration and executing a cross talk correction dividing a first and a second light receiving part into a plurality of light receiving area. CONSTITUTION: A light source(11) scans light. An optical path conversion part converts a proceeding path of an incidence light. An objective lens(21) focuses the incidence light and forms an optical spot at an optical disk(1). An optical divergence part diverges the incidence light into at least two light including a first and a second light to focus at least two optical spot including a main optical spot and a subsidiary optical spot at the optical disk(1), and converts one of the first light and the second light into a light having an optical aberration. An optical detector(25) has a first light receiving part(26), which receives the first light with dividing a central part and a surround part and has a plurality of light receiving area to make a photoelectric divergence a light received independently, and a second light receiving part(27), which receives the first light with dividing a central part and a surround part and has a plurality of light receiving area to make a photoelectric divergence a light received independently, for receiving the first and the second light separately that is reflected at the optical disk(1) and made an incidence by way of the optical path conversion part. A signal processing part(30) corrects an aberration caused by inclination and thickness change of the optical disk and signal deteriorated by the cross talk from the signal that is detected and made a photoelectric conversion through the first(26) and the second light receiving part(27).
