PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively discharge air expansion in a waterproof housing caused by sudden changes in hydraulic pressure by using an attaching structure part on an operating button. SOLUTION: An operating button 300 is installed on an attaching hole 160 of a waterproof housing in the state of enabling slide through the medium of a seal ring 400. A keep plate 410 to hold the seal ring 400 is mounted on the opening part of the mounting hole. A helical compression spring 420 is arranged between the keep plate 410 and a tip 300A of the operating button, which thrusts the keep plate 410 toward the seal ring 400. When floating up deep area to shallow area of water, air expansion in a cavity part 140 pushes the seal ring 400 upward against the compression force of the helical coil spring 420, which permits releasing air in the cavity part 140 to the outside.
