PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder which prevents a dry analytical element for biochemical analysis from springing out from a takeout port due to the vibration of a cartridge in which the dry analytical element is housed when a rotating rack body which stores and holds the cartridge is turned and driven. SOLUTION: The cartridge 3 is stored and held in the rotating rack body 20 in such a way that the dry analytical element 1 is taken out to the nearly horizontal direction from the takeout port 32 of the cartridge 3. The lock part 36 of the cartridge 3 is held in the fulcrum part 21c of the body 20. The inclination C of the cartridge 3 due to its own weight is set to a direction opposite to the takeout direction D of the element from the takeout port 32. An inertial force in a return direction is increased, and it is possible to prevent the element 1 from springing out.
