PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidization processing method and a device for the construction surplus soil capable of producing the high-quality fluidization processed soil in a short time and improving its production efficiency. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a screen 6 for sieving the soil under process, injection nozzle tubes 7 and 8 installed above the screen 6 and injecting pressure water to the soil under process on the screen to crush it, and a mixer 16 for adding a fixing agent to the slurry comprising the soil under process passing through the screen 6 and water to mix them.
