PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating 3-mono chloropropane-1,2-diol fatty acid esters from a sample efficiently with high precision, and a method for analyzing the 3-mono chloropropane-1,2-diol fatty acid esters in the sample.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for analyzing 3-mono chloropropane-1,2-diol fatty acid esters that includes separating the 3-mono chloropropane-1,2-diol fatty acid esters from a sample by subjecting the sample to supercritical fluid chromatography.
