PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread having excellent swelling property, texture and flavor and contains a soybean peptide. SOLUTION: The bread comprises wheat flour and a thermolysin hydrolyzate of soybean protein. The bread has excellent swelling property, texture and flavor and contains a soybean peptide by using a thermolysin hydrolyzate of soybean protein as a raw material for a bread containing a soybean peptide.
