PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric element capable of increasing displacement response speed thereof.SOLUTION: A laminated piezoelectric element 1 includes a laminate 7 comprising a piezoelectric layer 3 and an internal electrode layer 5 which are alternately laminated therein. In the piezoelectric layer 3, a domain wall 14 lying astride a plurality of crystal particles 11 is formed, and a first region, where the polarization directions of adjacent crystal particles 11 are aligned in a first direction, and a second region, where the polarization directions are aligned in a second direction different from the first direction, are present at a site where the crystal particles 11 adjacent via grain boundary are in contact each other. The domain wall 14 lying astride the particles 11 is formed between the first region and the second region, and a site lying astride the adjacent crystal particles 11 is formed in linear from one crystal particle 11 toward the other crystal particle 11. |
