PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional wide conversion lens which is suitable, especially, for underwater-photographing, and also, which is made usable on land, as for the wide conversion lens attached/dedicated to a waterproof camera housing for storing a camera. SOLUTION: As for the wide conversion lens attached/dedicated to the waterproof camera housing, both of an incident lens face and the outgoing lens face are formed flat by combining plural constitutional lenses, and the blurring of the photographed image is prevented in the case of underwater photographing and also photographing on land, and the viewing angle of the stored camera is shifted to a wide angle side, besides, one of plural constitutional lenses includes an aberration correcting combined lens, then, the wide conversion lens having the improved optical performance and attached/dedicated to the waterproof camera housing is obtained, besides, a dome type concave lens for attaining the wider viewing angle at underwater photographing can be attached to the incident lens face side of the conversion lens with a waterproof structure, and the multistage selection system for the wide angle underwater photographing is introduced.
