LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY FOR IMPROVING IMAGE STICKING

摘要

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display for improving image sticking is provided to effectively discharge remaining DC by forming a pixel electrode and an opposite electrode in the same layer. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display for improving image sticking is constructed in such a manner that a pixel electrode(4') and a counter electrode(8') are formed of ITO and the counter electrode is formed only on an array substrate together with the pixel electrode. The counter electrode and the pixel electrode are formed on the same plane in the form of comb's teeth to acquire high brightness and wide viewing angle according to fringe field and dielectric characteristic of liquid crystal.
