PURPOSE: A locking device of a vehicle is provided to perform a stable locking action even if an assembling error occurs by making a striker movable. CONSTITUTION: A locking device of a vehicle comprises a ratchet(100) embedded in a door panel, a base plate(200) fixed on a body panel(210) via plural bolts and nuts and having rectangular holes, a striker(300) having one end inserted to the rectangular hole of the base plate and the other end selectively fixed on the ratchet, and a support unit to elastically support the end of the striker inside the base plate. When entering over the ratchet, the striker enters while moving to the left and right along the rectangular hole of the base plate. Therefore, the striker is stably locked with the ratchet.
