PURPOSE: A pressure regulator of brake oil of a vehicle is provided to reduce impact by moving the collision vehicle slightly with automatically regulating pressure of brake oil at a rear-end collision. CONSTITUTION: A brake oil pressure regulating device is composed of a bypass(7) connected to a hydraulic pipe from a master cylinder(1) to a wheel cylinder(106), and the master cylinder; a connection state converting unit switching the connection of the bypass; a rear-end collision sensor detecting a rear-end collision of a vehicle; and a controller receiving a signal from the rear-end collision sensor, and controlling the connection state converting unit. The rear-end collision is detected by the rear-end collision sensor in stepping on a brake pedal(100), and hydraulic pressure is returned partially to the master cylinder by operating a solenoid valve(9) with an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(13). The collision vehicle is moved slightly with absorbing shock in lowering braking force momentarily. Impact is relieved with reducing impact automatically by the solenoid valve.
