PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for dissolving ozone and oxygen using water pressure are provided to reduce facility and operation costs by sensing bubbles finely crushed adjacent to the water surface by vortex and natural down flow to deep waters and pressurized dissolving ozone and oxygen using water pressure thereof. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for dissolving ozone and oxygen using water pressure comprises a gas-liquid mixing tank(1) at the upper part of which a ventilation valve(3) is equipped so that the gas-liquid mixing tank is sealed, and the lower part of which is opened so that a hose or spiral pipe(5) is connected to the lower part of the gas-liquid mixing tank(1); injection nozzles(8) which are constructed so that the injection nozzles(8) are floated onto the surface of water contained in the gas-liquid mixing tank(1) and inject water from the inclined upper direction for the surface of water in the tank in a vortex generation direction; an ozone and oxygen supply pipe(9) which is continuously connected from an ozone and oxygen generator(10) to the lower part of water depth in the tank; and a diffusion pipe(11) which is installed at the front end of the ozone and oxygen supply pipe(9).
