PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a wooden building wall sash frame to a concrete building wall. SOLUTION: An aggregate frame 3 is buried in the opening section 2 of a concrete panel 1. The sash frame 20 is formed into a shape having fitting pieces 25 on the outer periphery of a main body frame. A dry sealant 30 is fitted to the outdoor side of the aggregate frame 3, and the fitting pieces 25 of the sash frame 20 are fixed and fitted to the aggregate frame 3 in contact with the dry sealant 30 with fixing tools 31, thereby the wooden building wall sash frame can be fitted to the concrete building wall formed with concrete panels.
