PURPOSE: A method for forming and structure for fixing sleeve for nozzle are provided to prevent deterioration of life and to improve workability of the sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve(30) is formed longer than a nozzle(20). A lower outer end of the sleeve expanded to bend correspondingly with a lower inner circumferential surface of the nozzle is placed on a horizontal plane on an outer periphery side of a lower end surface of the nozzle. An inner end periphery of a gasket(60) covering an inner end periphery of an inner coat material(12) joined on an inner surface of a cylinder(10) and having an outer end welded and fixed on an inner surface of the inner coat material and a lower outer end of the sleeve are welded and fixed on a horizontal plane on the outer periphery side of the lower end surface of the nozzle so that a welded part(W) is not placed on an inside of the nozzle.
