PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating floor structure which facilitates execution of work, and which is excellent in load-bearing performance, vibration isolating performance and sound insulating performance. SOLUTION: On a concrete slab 1, there is disposed a buffer 5 which is composed of a polypropylene resin foam 5a and a water-resistant elastic body 5b having smaller creep deformation than the foam 5a has. A floating floor layer 3 is disposed on the buffer 5.
