PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a electroconductive part having a good heat dissipating property of an aluminum alloy and exhibiting a good adhesion to an anodic-oxidized film (a nonconductive film) can be formed. SOLUTION: The method of forming the electroconductive part comprises forming the anodic-oxidized film (a nonconductive film) on the aluminum alloy by controlled current electrolysis or potentiostatic electrolysis using a Duty (PR wave form) electric source or an alternating and/direct current overlapping the electric source in an electrolyte containing an organic acid, preferably oxalic acid, reforming the surface of the anodic-oxidized film by etching it with an acidic solution, and after depositing metal palladium on the film, subjecting the film to electroless plating. The electroconductive part formed by the electroless plating exhibits good adhesion to the ground film. In the case that the aluminum alloy is subjected to a sealing treatment after forming the anodic- oxidized film, the dielectric breakdown voltage is increased.
