PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the heat-exchanging efficiency from degrading by a liquid phase refrigerant accumulated in core parts 2a, 2b of a condenser 2 integrated wit a liquid receiver, at the start of a compressor 1. SOLUTION: A control means 5 conducts a predetermined number of intermittent operations, and in the operation, the drive force of the compressor 1 is once turned off, after a first predetermined time T1 from the time the driving force of the compressor 1 having been turned on. The driving force of the compressor is turned on again, after a second predetermined time T2 from the turned-off time of the driving force. Thus, heat-exchange efficiency is prevented from degrading, due to rapid flow-out of the liquid phase refrigerant accumulated in the core parts 2a, 2b through repetition of the state of the refrigerant flow rate being continuously increased.
