PURPOSE: Provided are Laminaria japonica tea containing roasted unpolished rice to remove peculiar taste of Laminaria japonica and a method for preparing the same. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing Laminaria japonica tea containing unpolished rice comprises the steps of: adding side ingredients to Laminaria japonica which is dipped in 10-70 wt.% of acetic acid solution in a ratio of 1:0.25-3; heating the mixture at 95-105 deg.C; drying the Laminaria japonica; mixing the dried Laminaria japonica and unpolished rice powder in a weight ratio of 10:5-30, wherein the side ingredient is selected from the group consisting of sorbitol, sugar, dietary salt, spices, polysaccharide, licorice roots, acetic acid, and etc.
