PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical controller that performs contouring control of a plurality of position controlling parts 5X, 5Y and 5Z and position controlling parts 5A and 5B in which operation cycles receiving a position command are different by synchronizing the plurality of position controlling parts 5X, 5Y and 5Z and position controlling parts 5A and 5B with one another. SOLUTION: An interpolation processing part 10a is arranged for the position controlling parts 5A, 5B and 5C, and an interpolation processing part 10b is arranged for the position controlling part 5A and 5B. A position command that a preprocessing part 2 gives to the respective interpolation processing parts 10a and 10b is commanded with a set of position coordinates data and a passing target time.
