PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device in which a connecting part of a tank side is smoothly connected to a connecting part of a main body side and an imperfect connection or the deformation or breakage of the connecting parts can be prevented when a tank is disposed in a casing. SOLUTION: The liquid supply device comprises the casing 1, the tank part 12 detachably housed in a prescribed position in the casing 1, the connecting part 48 of the tank side serving as an inlet and outlet of liquid in the tank part 12 and the connecting part 49 of the main body side supported in the casing 1 and fitted to the connecting part 48 of the tank side when the tank part 12 is located at the prescribed housing position to ensure a liquid flow path. The connecting part 49 of the main body side is provided so as to be displaced relative to the casing 1 when it is fitted to the connecting part 48 of the tank side so that its position is adjustable.
