PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition in which a layered silicate is finely dispersed, thereby having good stiffness and improved in heat deterioration of an aromatic polycarbonate. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. aromatic polycarbonate and (B) 0.1-50 pts.wt. layered silicate having 50-200 mm equivalent/100 g cation exchange ability, and the component B is exchanged with an organic onium ion having an aryl group.
