PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drying an aromatic fluorine compound of the general formula [F is fluorine atom; (m) is an integer of 1 to 5; (n) is an integer of 1 to 3, wherein 2≤(m)+(n)≤6] (see the specification), so that the sublimation of the aromatic fluorine compound and the adhesion of the sublimed aromatic fluorine compound to the inner surface of a drier are prevented and so that the dried product having a uniform particle size is obtained. SOLUTION: The aromatic fluorine compound is dried at a temperature in the range of 25 to 80°C under reduced vacuum. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
