PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system capable of identifying a location of a user who instructed execution of printing after the printing is done.SOLUTION: An image forming system comprises a portable device with an image capturing unit and a display unit, an MFP for executing printing on a recording medium, and a server that registers markers. The MFP prints a marker associated with location information of a user who instructed printing on the recording medium, and the server registers the location information associated with the marker. The portable device includes: information acquisition means configured to make the image capturing unit capture an image of the marker printed on the recording medium to acquire the location information registered in the server in association with the marker photographed by the image capturing unit; and location-notifying image generating means configured to output (S144), to the display unit, a location-notifying image that notifies a location corresponding to the location information acquired by the information acquisition means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18 |
