PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal by which a user can easily eliminate mail that the user does not want to receive by eliminating the inconvenience of manually eliminating the mail that the user does not want to receive. SOLUTION: This portable terminal consists of an operating part 1, an indicator 2 for performing various display in receiving mail or the like, a central processing unit 3, a speaker 4 that rings when mail is received or the like, a memory 5 and a radio part 6. The central processing unit 3 and the memory 5 retrieves a preset keyword in received mail, and the received mail with the keyword existing therein is automatically eliminated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
