SUBSTANCE: the bullet has an envelope positioned in which one after the other are two slugs, one of which is made of lead and the other of steel. The steel slug is provided with a stem positioned in the body of the lead slug and made in the form of a cylindrical lug, whose diameter makes up 0,55/0,70 dout, and the length 0,30/0,40 dout, where dout - the lug outside diameter.
