PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhering fabrication method wherein moisture required to a curing reaction is provided by compulsorily spraying a sufficient amount of mist with a humidifier after a silicone adhesive which is cured by reacting with the moisture is coated, and excess moisture providing a bad effect on an adhering condition and the corrosion of a face material can be evaporated from an adhesive layer in the process of the curing reaction. SOLUTION: The present invention is characterized in that the sufficient moisture, which is required to the curing reaction of the silicone adhesive 2 having the adhering structure of a three-layer comprised of a porous face material 5 and a core layer material wherein a water absorbing open cell phenol foam 4 is filled in a honeycomb material cell 3/a porous or an impermeable face material 1, is sprayed to the coated face of the adhesive with the humidifier, and the reaction is promoted by the step that once the excess moisture is absorbed in a water absorbing core material layer and the moisture required to the curing reaction is continuously fed from a water-absorbed core layer material with the passage of time. The residual moisture is evaporated through the open cell structure of a permeable phenol foam filled in the honeycomb material cell from the porous face material side to stabilize the adhering structure of the three-layer.
