FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing curd, butter, sugar, sea buckthorn pulp and water; introducing into mixture preparation of Mortierella lignicola micromycet biomass produced by predetermined process in an amount of about 4 wt%; freezing mixture; subjecting to vacuum-sublimation drying process; grinding and packing in hermetically sealed package of composite material. EFFECT: prolonged shelf life of sublimated curd-based product. |
