PURPOSE: Oil cooler structure is provided to reduce the number of parts and improve productivity through simplification of the oil cooler structure by forming a bypass hole to a partition between an oil suction part and an oil discharge part of an oil cooler. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler forms an oil suction part(2) and an oil discharge part(4) to one end of a case(1) having a cooling tube for oil cooling. Oil flows into the oil suction part and the oil is supplied to the cooling tube. The oil discharge part supplies the oil, passing through the cooling tube, to a main gallery. A bypass hole(10) to bypass the oil to the oil discharge part side is formed to a partition(11) between the oil suction part and the oil discharge part.
