PURPOSE: A link bar of belt wrapper having automatic gap regulation function is provided to automatically regulate reference inner diameter of belt wrapper to secure quality, operation efficiency and safety by stably guiding initial coiling. CONSTITUTION: In a link bar for securing position of a guide roll(3) and a finger tip(7) for finally gripping the strip with being installed at a belt wrapper for guiding the strip by enveloping the outer surface of the strip when initially coiling a top end part of strip(2) around tension reel(1), the link bar is characterized in that screw shaft(20) is clamped between fixed frame(35) and operating frame(31), one side of the screw shaft is clamped to a screw nut part formed on an inner surface of the fixed frame, load cell(60) and shock absorbing cushion spring(21) are sequentially installed in a central inner part of the screw shaft, the other side of the screw shaft is clamped to the spline bush(25) embedded operating frame through a screw nut part formed on an inner surface of the spline bush, a belt pulley is connected to belt pulley of a side of motor(40) through timing belt(23) with the belt pulley being sided to the fixed frame on the screw shaft so that the timing belt is wound or unwound by rotation of the motor to regulate a gap between the fixed frame and the operating frame, and a pulse generator(46) is connected to the motor to measure displacement by number of revolutions of the motor.
