PURPOSE: Provided is a fiber support hollow fiber separating membrane comprising a latticed wick which is not cut or damaged by being incorporated with foreign matters in the water due to high tensional strength of 65,000 gf. CONSTITUTION: The fiber support hollow fiber separating membrane comprises a triple structure of a latticed wick consisting of polypropylene, polyethylene or nylon, a fiber support covering the outer surface of the latticed wick and prepared by weaving yarn consisting of polyester, polystyrene, polypropylene, nylon, natural cotton and glass fiber on the outer surface of the latticed wick and a high molecular weight resin (5) comprising porous air gaps (7) having a microfiltration fractioning property and prepared by coating a high molecular weight resin such as polysulfone, polyvinylchloride, polyvinylidenefluoride, polyethersulfone and polyacrylonitrile on the outer surface of the fiber support.
