PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid feeding/discharging head of a bladder in a tire vulcanizing device wherein drain water can quickly be discharged by making the area of a fluid discharging port wider and making the discharging capacity larger, and at the same time, heated steam or the like can quickly and evenly be filled in a bladder by increasing a number of fluid feeding ports, and also, arranging them uniformly, and thus, the productivity is increased by shortening the cycle time for a tire vulcanizing process. SOLUTION: In this tire vulcanizing device, the fluid feeding port 71 and the fluid discharging port 61 which are provided in a manner to face to the inside of the bladder are formed on a head block 50. The fluid discharging port is arranged on the lower side of the head block, and at the same time, the fluid feeding port is arranged on the upper side of the head block.
