PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformable high strength polypyrrole film which causes large deformation even when a liquid such as water, etc., is given on the surface of the film while its shape retention is maintained even if its thickness is made as thin as possible. SOLUTION: The polypyrrole film is deformable by adsorbing and desorbing a polar solvent such as water, etc., on the surface of the film in the air, and the deformable high strength polypyrrole film having a thickness of≤25μm and tensile strength of≥60 MPa is used. The producing method of the deformable high strength polypyrrole film comprises using an electrolyte containing an organic compound and/or a halogenated hydrocarbon as a solvent, including at least one bond or functional group among an ether bond, an ester bond, a carbonate bond, a hydroxy group, a nitro group, a sulfone group, and a nitrile group, and electrolysis- polymerizing a monomer of pyrrole and/or a pyrrole derivative as a raw material in a solvent that the electrolyte contains a trifluoromethane sulfonic acid ion and/or an anion including a plurality of fluorine atoms to a central atom.
