PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system which facilitates a managing work of a system manager. SOLUTION: The imaging system comprises a plurality of imaging units 20 for taking images of objects to obtain image data which are then transmitted over a network 24, a plurality of image display terminals 23 for displaying the images after receiving the image data transmitted from the imaging units 20 over the network 24, and an imaging controller 30 for controlling the imaging units 20 over the network 24, on the basis of management information for managing the imaging units 20.
