PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar feeder and a bar processing system capable of easily and automatically product processing requiring both end processing. SOLUTION: The bar feeder supplies a bar B to be processed to a bar processing machine N along a feed axis 1A by a feed arrow 8, and the bar processing system includes the bar feeder. The bar feeder 1 comprises a guide rail 4 for guiding the bar B to the bar processing machine N, the feed arrow 8 for feeding the bar B toward the bar processing machine N while pressing it along the guide rail, and an arrow driving mechanism 10 for longitudinally moving the feed arrow 8 in the feeding direction. The feed arrow 8 has an abutting surface abutting on the rear end of the bar B. A controller 18 for controlling the arrow driving mechanism 10 is disposed, and stops the feed arrow 8 when the abutting surface reaches a position of a predetermined distance on the upstream side in the feeding direction from a product processing position NS of the bar processing machine N.
