PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay quickly performing a recovery operation of a movable iron piece and hardly generating contact adhesion. SOLUTION: On the electromagnetic relay, an iron core 37 is inserted into a through-hole 42 disposed on a bottom face of aluminum case 41 and a coil is wound around an axial part 37a of the protruded core 37. A contact mechanism is driven by the movable iron piece reciprocally moving while contacting with and separating from a magnetic pole part 37a of the iron core 37, by the excitation and demagnetization of the magnetic pole part generated by impressing and stopping a voltage to the coil. Especially, a slit 43 to prevent an occurrence of a eddy current is provided at an opening edge part of the through-hole 42. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
