PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature management system, a temperature management controller and a temperature management method that can manage the temperature of food and drink so as to avoid offending the tastes of persons who eat and drink even for a varying environment surrounding the persons to whom the food and drink is served. SOLUTION: The temperature management system for managing the temperature of food and drink 5 comprises an acquisition part 20, a refrigerator 50 and a refrigerator temperature control part 30. The acquisition part 20 acquires environmental information about a space SI surrounding persons to whom the food and drink 5 is served. The refrigerator 50 can be regulated about an internal temperature condition and can store the food and drink 5.
