PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate data backup of a terminal device by allowing a backup data saving device side and the terminal device to utilize existing communication functions. SOLUTION: A communication part (a radio part 20) connecting to electronic equipment (6) provided with a data saving function (a data saving device 28) and a communication function (a mobile phone communication module 10), by a communication function, and a data processing part (CPU 14) for causing the communication part to transmit data to be stored to the electronic equipment, are included, so that the electronic equipment is allowed to store the data.
