A plasma display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enhance work reliability by improving color temperature of white light thereof. An address electrode(422) having a constant width and a constant height is formed on an upper surface of a rear glass(420). A lower dielectric layer(413b) is formed to cover the address electrode. A barrier rib material layer(421') is formed on the lower dielectric layer. An aluminosilicate is coated on the barrier rib material layer. A photoresist(430) is coated on the aluminosilicate.
