The cap has a tircell (8) adhered on an inner wall of a skirt (3) such that its upper side extends to right of an upper frangible line (5). Two hollows (16) placed above the line (5) form stops. An upper cutting line (11) extends along an upper edge (13) of the tircell from a gripping zone (9) of the tircell. A lower cutting line (12) extends from a lower edge of the tircell till a lower frangible line (6). The width of the tircell is less than or equal to half of the width of an opening strip (7). An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a closure cap.
