PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work holder of a micropore processing device for improving processing efficiency of inner peripheral processing of an axial through-hole, by preventing reduction in the seal function, by preventing high pressure slurry from flowing out to a slurry outflow passage by passing through clearance between the work holding hole inner periphery and the work outer periphery. SOLUTION: This work holder has a first holder 14 having a work holding hole 15 fillable with a work 2 having the axial through-hole 11 and a slurry inflow passage 16 for arranging an opening part 1 on one end of the work holding hole 15, and a second holder 13 for forming the slurry outflow passage 17 communicating with the other end of the work holding hole 15; and is constituted so that a round hole-shaped O ring groove 6 is arranged on a work abutting surface 3 of the second work holder 13, and an O ring is inserted into a position contacting with the outer periphery of the work 2 of the O ring groove 6.
