PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent appearance and mechanical strengths. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition is a crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer composition composed of (A) a crosslinkable rubber-like polymer and (B) a polymerization type olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer. The crosslinking is carried out preferably by a crosslinking agent. The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises optionally (C) an olefin-based resin such as a propylene-based resin and (E) at least one kind of agents selected from a softener, a polyorganosiloxane and a crystallinity improver.
