PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing setting value setting method for air conditioning air suitable for a spot air conditioning device easily and certainly dissolving risk of causing discomfort to a worker by continuous blowing of low temperature or high temperature air to the worker. SOLUTION: This spot air conditioning device leading the air conditioning air from an air conditioner having a cold/hot heat exchange means and a blowing means to a plurality of blowoff ports disposed near the worker through a pipe conduit, and blowing the air conditioning air toward the worker from the blowoff ports has a control means controlling the cold/hot heat exchange means and the blowing means, and swinging air supply temperature of the air conditioning air blown from the blowoff ports at a prescribed period.
