PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photosensitive material of high image quality with excellent surface membrane characteristic. SOLUTION: In the heat developable photosensitive material having an image forming layer containing at least a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt and a reducing agent and a binder on at least one face of a support, a non-photosensitive layer on the image forming layer surface side of the support, and a non-photosensitive back layer on the other surface thereof, the non-photosensitive back layer contains mat agent, and either layer on the image forming layer surface side contains a hollow particle.
