PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device with high definition having pixels decreased in size.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid crystal display device in which a scan line 10 extending in a first direction is arrayed in a second direction, a video signal line 20 extending in the second direction is arrayed in the first direction, a pixel electrode is formed in a region surrounded with the scan line 10 and the video signal line 20, a TFT substrate having a common electrode formed through an insulator film with respect to the pixel electrode is disposed, a counter substrate facing the TFT substrate is disposed, and liquid crystal is held between the TFT substrate and the counter substrate. A first common electrode 109 extends in the first direction between a first scan line and a second scan line and a second common electrode 109 extends in the first direction between the second scan line and a third scan line. The first common electrode 109 and the second common electrode 109 are electrically connected to each other using a bridge 1091. The bridge 1091 covers a first video signal line 20 in a plan view and does not cover a second video signal line 20 in a plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
