PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extraction apparatus capable of suppressing the concentration of beverage extracted from an extraction raw material within a predetermined range, which is configured so as not to cause leakage of hot water supplied from a discharge port.SOLUTION: A beverage extraction apparatus includes: a water storage tank 2; heating means for heating water sent from the water storage tank to generate hot water; and a beverage extraction unit having a raw material container 40b for accommodating an extraction raw material, a container holding unit 50 for holding the raw material container, and a lid body 30 that covers the upper side of the raw material container openably/closably and is provided with a discharge port 35 for discharging hot water, which extracts beverage from the extraction raw material using the hot water generated by the heating means. The raw material container includes an extraction cup 44 that can accommodate the extraction raw material as it is, and a cup lid 43 that is arranged laminated on the extraction cup and covers the upper side of the extraction cup, and the cup lid includes a plurality of supply ports that can supply the hot water from the discharge port disposed in the central part to the raw material in the extraction cup, and a raw material regulation surface formed in portions other than the central part, and located in the extraction cup.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
