PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flowage of an arm piece and keep appearance thereof beautiful, and enhance and improve weakness of a wiper arm to appearance exposure and external force, and reduce manufacturing costs and weight.SOLUTION: A joining part having a level difference part along a longitudinal direction is formed so that an upper side of an arm piece 110 and an upper side of an arm retainer 120 which are connected to a wiper blade 200 are at the same level. Further, a lock-back (lock-back) means provides elastic restoring force to the arm retainer joined rotatably to an arm head 130 with a rotating shaft a, and turns a rotating direction on the basis of comparison between the elastic restoring force and lock-back retentive force with a virtual neutral shaft as a reference. One end of a spring is connected to a revet near the arm retainer side, and the other end is connected to a rivet near the arm head side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
