DEVICE FOR FASTENING TOGETHER RODLIKE BODIES INTERSECTING EACH OTHER PARTICULARLY REINFORCING BARS

An anchorage arrangement, esp. for securing and positioning rodlike bodies such as concrete reinforcing bars, consists of elements enclosing the rods at their crossing point and having interlocking organs, of which, those of at least one of the elements, are elastically deformable, and when engaged with the organs of the other element, prevent the displacement of the elements relatively to each other. Two elements each comprise a baseplate, with a vertical anchoring leg and a cutout to receive the anchoring leg of the other baseplate. The cutouts and the anchoring legs have a section corresp. to a right-angled triangle, and teeth are provided on the short sides of the triangles. The teeth of the anchoring legs have an oblique face inclined towards the baseplate and a straight face parallel to it. The teetn of the cutouts have a corresp. form. Simplifies levelling up to give adequate cover of the reinforcing bars by concrete. Makes possible the prefabrication of reinforced components needing no trimming on site.
