PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor and the like capable of supporting normality/abnormality evaluation of lungs by presenting a new diagnostic index which has not been present in the past when diagnosing images of COPD or the like.SOLUTION: The medical image processor includes a positioning unit, a calculation unit and an evaluation unit. The positioning unit performs positioning between first image data indicating an object area of a specific patient in a first time phase and second image data indicating the object area of the specific patient in a second time phase which is different from the first time phase. The calculation unit executes positioning between the first image data and the second image data, and calculates positioning data for each of a plurality of positions in the object area. The evaluation unit compares the positioning data with a statistic atlas for the plurality of positions in the object area and evaluates whether there is an abnormality in the object area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
