PURPOSE:To obtain moldings excellent in rigidity, heat resistance, welding strength by a method wherein a composition in which special needle inorganic filler is mixed with PP is injection-molded by the use of a metal mold capable of forming one or more weld parts. CONSTITUTION:The PP resin composition in which needle inorganic filler of 5- 70% by weight having average aspect ratios of 10-90 and SiO2, CaO, Al2O3 and MgO as main components and if necessary, an antioxidant, an aggregate, an antistatic agent, etc. are mixed with the PP of 30-90% by weight is injection-molded by the use of a metal mold capable of forming at least one weld part. Thus, the welding strength and the aspect are improved enough to give moldings used for parts of a household electric product, automobile parts, etc. can be obtained. |
