PURPOSE:To simplify constitution by driving a photoreceptor drum direct by a stator consisting of a polyphase fixed iron core and a stator winding. CONSTITUTION:The rotary shaft 18 of a photoreceptor drum is pivoted freely rotatably between frames 16 and 17 of a copying machine by bearings 19 and 20. A rotator 21 is fitted in the photoreceptor drum 1 at one end, and a flanger 22 at the other end; and they rotate together with the rotary shaft 18 in one body. This rotator 21 operates as the rotator of a motor and a flange and at the outer circumference of the rotor 21, a stator 23 is provided tightly to a supporting member 24 fitted to the frame 16 at a prescribed distance from the outer circumference. The stator 23 consists of a stator iron core 25 and a stator winding 26 is made into polyphase, and when a power source is connected to the stator winding 26, the rotator 21 rotates in a definite direction. |
